Celebrating their 20th year in operation, Martha will join Baritone Jesse Blumberg for an evening of Schumann Songs including 'Frauenliebe und Leben'

A recital of All Schumann Songs, including the complete Myrthen Cycle and the Mignon/Harper songs, performed with long time partners,  Baritone Tyler Duncan and Pianist Erika Switzer.

Martha will return to the island to sing the solos in Haydn's Lord Nelson Mass alongside her husband, Bass Ricardo Lugo.

The 2013-14 season for the Casement Fund begins with a joint venture between the Five Boroughs Music Festival and the Brooklyn Art Song Society. We will present a two day,  five concert celebration of the vocal music of Benjamin Britten and I couldn't be more excited!


Day one of Britten in Song will be presented in conjunction with the Brooklyn Historical Society, and presented in their newly renovated space, just blocks away from where Britten lived in Brooklyn Heights.
